Physical Product Design
I design custom products, print across a fleet of machines, manage maintenance schedules, and run the storefront — listings, fulfillment, customer service. Scaling up the process to keep up with demand. Every part of the business shapes the product.
Forge Machine started in 2022 as one 3D printer. It grew into an 8–10 machine operation generating $30K a year and nearly 3,000 sales at 4.9 stars — no paid advertising.
Scaling exposed the real problem: volume multiplies every weak point in the process. That meant standardized maintenance across the fleet, disciplined calibration, and treating every customer complaint as design input. A recurring crack in a bestselling Quacks token caddy became a lighter, cheaper, stronger part — not a patch.
The flagship is the ShoeBox: a modular card storage system built parametrically in Blender, using blendshapes and drivers so one model rescales to fit dozens of games. One design, an entire product family — Gwent, Star Trek, Let’s Go to Japan, and more.
